Queenstown Gay Scene

Queenstown Gay Scene

Queenstown does not have any 'exclusively gay' venues. Most bars and nightclubs are mixed and very gay-friendly.

Don't be mistaken by the name. The Bathhouse isn't a gay sauna, but an upscale gay-friendly tapas bar & restaurant located right on the water at Queenstown Bay, just in front of Novotel Queenstown Lakeside.

The Bathhouse has an excellent wine list with many local varities. A great place to have a drink and people-watch.
