Kansai Queer Film Festival (KQFF) is the second largest international gay film festival in Japan. The festival is held annually in Osaka and Kyoto.

In Osaka, film screenings usually take place at Toyonaka Center for Gender Equality, located on the 5th floor of Etre Toyonaka, a 2-minute walk from the south exit of Toyonaka station (Hankyu Takarazuka line).
