“Hangout place for bears and bear lovers, but the place is old, there isn't much crowd even on a Saturday and the service is bad. Real disappointment.“

not friendly for foreigners
“Bartender charged me $400 taiwanese dollars, (equivalent of $12 US dollars) for a glass of tonic water, with no alcohol, which makes it the most expensive soft drink in the world. The crowd is rather older and strictly local - one can tell by observing guys greeting each other. Total waste of time and money.“

Worth checking out
“They weren't discriminating against you. The bar has a minimum charge of nt400. You probably weren't made aware, fair enough, but please try to reserve the discrimination judgement.“
