“This place is closed. Went there tonight after driving around in a tuk-tuk for ages trying to find it, we finally found the derelict building.“

Is this place closet?
“Is this place closed? I was in Delhi last month (August, 2014) and went there, but it was all closed. My taxi driver asked the nearby gate-keeper of the building, and was told the place has been closed. Anyone can shed some light into this information will be appreciated. It was Tuesday night around 10:30 PM“

“I had to search around quite a bit for Pepper, but I finally found it after a lot of asking and walking. I enjoyed the place. It's just amazing! The drinks are quite good, and the crowd was not bad. This place is hard to describe in words. You have to see it to get the idea. Good luck!“
