Gay night at Pontoon club every Wednesday. ShaMeLess is aimed at encouraging people to live with pride in being gay – something that can still be a personal challenge for many Cambodians.
Fun music and some of the best cabaret/drag shows Phnom Penh has to offer, supplemented by sexy go-go dancers at around 1:30am. All drinks are ‘buy one get one free’ before 11pm.

Cool Club. Cool Music. Great Show
“I enjoyed myself there. The show was exciting. The crowd changes every week, depending who is in town. DJs work their best at resourcing the gayest house music ever, and the show surprises with exhibitionist guys and drag queens. The place is mixed as they don't refuse customers at the door. So you'll see gays, lesbians, trans and straight people. Friendly, unpretentious and attitude-free. I'm here for another month and am looking forward to going again.“

Best International Dance Music
“Since moving to Phnom Penh to live this year, I have visited Shameless almost every week. The gay situation in Cambodia is different to any other country I have ever visited. Most gays are not out to their families and can't really afford to go out. The venue and promoters at Shameless have really tried and succeeded in bringing an alternative night to the capital aimed at gays and providing gay-flavoured music that you would hear in the West. They even have a gay Khmer DJ now, who was a pop star in Mongolia, who plays credible and amazing mixes. The show is the best I've seen in Cambodia and changes every week, using the best of Khmer talents and they are not shy!! Great night out!“

Boring gays who can't stay out til 2?
“Shameless is great mixed gay night. Sure, it's not all gays but it is the only gay night in Phnom Penh. And as for the show I think you can't have stayed until 1.30 or 2 when the show is on and the place is packed with people from every gay bar in Phnom Penh who come to see the best performers in the country.“

“I also went to the Shameless party and I confirm what Oli said. Almost only straight guys looking for girls prostitutes or lady boys. To avoid.“

“Been there last Thursday and there had been no gay party. Most of the guests had been straight white guys and about 30-40%, of what looked like to me, female prostitutes. I discovered about 3 or 4 gays guys who, like me, seemed to expect another kind of party. And of course there had been no show. So this is not a place for gay guys or is not any longer.“
