  1. overcharge

“I visited in Jan. When I came in, I was given a tablet to choose my masseur. There were more than 10 masseurs available to choose from. I added 100,000 for a VIP room, which is on the third floor with a huge mirror inside. He asked me do you want relax ? He asked me minimum tip 600000. Totally I paid 900000 ( 300000 for one hour massage service to the shop and 600000 as tip to the masseur). The masseur ask too much tip.“

  2. Mediocre

“So regardless of the review and how badly their customer service respond to the review online. I gave this place a try. The location was great, easy to find, staff was a bit reluctant to leave his phone and greed guest when I walked in. I pick the regular. My masseur was quite...distance, and unwelcoming. I'm not expecting a conversation, but a simple greeting when you see the guest would help the guest feel more welcoming. I don't think I will bother coming back here again.“

  3. Horrible service

“The last time I came to this place was 11/11/2017. I was my birthday and I had just arrived to Vietnam a few days earlier. I was a frequent customer in the past. But the horrible truth came out on my birthday when I chose this new guy for a Thai massage 120 minutes. He wore his cap sideway and carried his phone to do other business. He did not do what supposed to be a Thai massage. I asked him and pointed out to him why him not doing Thai massage.

When I confronted him, he said the services was over and left the room. They charged me for the full services and the receptionist wanted me to give him tips.

With all of my knowledge and my past experiences about this place, none of the massage therapists know how to do a massage. They keep encouraging customers to book big package and asking for tips because they told customers they worked without pay (no salary). But can’t even know how to do a simple massage. What a shame.“

  4. Nice Massage

“The place place was easy to find. You enter an alley that has the address on the side of an adjacent building. The receptionist was on duty and quickly provided a tablet with a list of massage options and a list of available masseuse. The prices were very reasonable and there were only a few options to choose from.

The masseuse did look like his picture, but he appeared tired and unenthusiastic. He didn't even break a smile or even say anything.

The massage was nice and it was a combination of Thai and Vietnamese style. After the massage, he did ask if there were "other" body parts that were hurting.

I was not asked to tip any particular amount for the tip.

However, after the massage they do ask you to shower. I felt uneasy showering since I was not instructed to bring my wallet/other belongings to the private shower. When I came out, I entered the room and my masseuse was next to my belongings. It is unsettling that they do not use lockers.“

  5. From Hero to Zero

“I have just returned form one of THE most boring massages l have ever had in a gay men's Spa. I went to this placed seduced by some recent positive reviews and the fact l could walk to it.

My first choice masseur was already working, fair enough. The second arrived at the bottom of the stairs as I picked him, said "No I'm going home". At that point I should have walked out. But I really wanted a massage and one other guy appealed. I was not looking for a Happy Ending.

The guy was a competent enough masseur but showed little energy or enthusiasm. He didn't even take his shirt off! What should have been 90 mins lasted barely an hour and finished VERY abruptly when l was told to take shower.

At least they did not have the cheek to ask me for the full 350K, but l still forked out 500K with the tip. For what l ask myself? My advice is don't bother, l am told there are FAR better places in HCM and better value. Despite Mr VuDo's protestations he has NOT fixed anything. This place is Zero not Hero. Stay away...“

    • The first thing I want to say: No sorry

      “Dear Difficult Customer,
If you are really a nice guest, you will never change your staff when they are massaging for you. I think, you come to my Spa not for the purpose to massage, but for the purpose of scrutiny, lower our prestige. You are realy selfish.
